Hi, my name is Dharma. I consider this to be advantageous as my skills, knowledge and understanding of the road rules is up-to-date in line with today’s expectations. The decision to become an instructor came about after teaching my wife how to drive, I enjoyed it immensely, I then assisted friends to learn and they found my methods easy to understand and implement.
Prior to this, I worked for a large retail business at the airport. Through my role with this company, I have had a lot of training and developed a strong focus on customer service, I am honest, hardworking and reliable.
I really enjoy my work. The process of teaching people, often from scratch, and training them to them become good drivers is really rewarding. I am able to teach across different ages, experience and backgrounds. I am calm and patient which helps to put learners at ease.
It is also lovely to get wonderful feedback from learners via text messages and great reviews, that I have provided them with a positive experience and helped them to achieve their goal. Actually, there is nothing better than seeing my learners with a big smile on their face once they have achieved their licence.
